The Pro-Tect Timber 20’x10′ Apex Shiplap Garage is the ultimate solution for your storage and workspace needs.
Designed with practicality and style in mind, this robust garage is perfect for housing your vehicle, tools, and equipment. With a durable structure and spacious layout, it’s ready to sit directly on your pre-existing base.
This vast storage space comes complete with Double Garage Doors for spectacularly easy parking and a side access door for an easy escape. Along the windows you’ll also have an opening window for ventilation purposes. This garage comes with extra thick heavy duty 58x44m framing. Furthermore, there is a tanalised pressure treated bearer on the bottom of each wall to protect the building.
The structure of the Wooden Garage is supported with a series of Heavy Duty internal roof trusses, so you can be sure over the years your roof will remain sag free. As with all of our sheds we use high quality European softwood throughout and our internal framework is rounded four corner framing.
Ensure proper assembly by following the provided instructions and install on a durable, level surface.
For longevity, treat the structure with a quality wood preserver and water-resistant solution shortly after assembly, and reapply annually. Shed Base Preparation
You must ensure that this garden building is assembled strictly in accordance with the assembly instructions that are provided and is installed on a firm and level base constructed from a suitably durable material. Suitable bases include a pre-existing concrete base or slabbed paving for the shed to be anchored upon. The garden building should be treated shortly after assembly, both externally and internally, with a good quality wood preserver and treated with a water-resistant treatment. Treatment should be reapplied annually to prolong the life of your building. All glazing units must be sealed, inside and out with silicone or other watertight solution of your choice (not supplied). Images and photos of products are provided for illustrative purposes only. Please note that product colours can vary slightly due to the digital photography process and variations in individual user monitor settings.
You will need a firm and level base for the garage to rest upon. Please note this garage does not include a floor and the shed will require a firm level base for it to rest on.
Delivery Information
Unfortunately, we don’t currently offer delivery to all UK postcodes and there are certain areas for which you will need to call us to check on the availability of delivery. Please check the delivery information tab BEFORE placing your order.
The shed will arrive on a pallet delivered by our trusted courier. It will be delivered on an 18ton vehicle and a tail lift / pallet truck will unload the pallet. If there are any access problems for an 18ton vehicle (similar to the size of a bin wagon) then please advise us when placing the order so we are able to make alternative arrangements.

Installation Service (Optional Chargeable Upgrade)
All our products are supplied and delivered pre-packed for self assembly. We do offer a Professional Installation service details can be found below. An additional charge is shown should you require this service.
Our installation service rates are applicable to Mainland England, Wales & Southern Scotland including Glasgow and Edinburgh, but not above.
We can install in the following Scottish postcodes: PA, KY, DD, PH, AB, IV and KW, but please note that a installation surcharge will apply, please call us for a quote.
We can install in the following Devon and Cornwall postcodes: TR, PL, TQ but please note that a installation surcharge will apply, please call us for a quote.
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer installations to Northern Ireland, the Republic of Ireland, the Channel Islands or any other offshore island not stated (such as the Isle of Man and Isle of Wight) , due to carrier restrictions.
Products ordered with an installation service will first be delivered to your delivery address within the estimated timeframe stated above. Once delivery has been confirmed, the installation team shall then arrange to attend to your property in order to install the structure for you.
The current lead time for installation, following successful delivery is within 15 – 20 working days.
Note that this will lead to the product needing to be temporarily stored at your property after it has been delivered and checked over until the date the installation occurs. We recommend the product to be stored in a safe and dry place such as in a garage, shed, or similar during this interlude period.
