The Tinkerbell 4×4 Timber Playhouse – Various Colours from Little Rascals is a fantastic 4ft x 4ft playhouse for your little rascals to turn into their own private Den.

Choose from 10 different shades of colour to enhance any garden setting, let us do all the hard work for you.
The Tinkerbell is finished off to the highest detail, including all edging, windows, doors and roof finals painted in 3 coats of white.
The Tinkerbell comes complete with one side window and one front window, add a 3rd window should you wish from the optional extras that are available.
As the Tinkerbell is designed to be modular, you can decide which side of the playhouse the window panel is fitted, left or right, depending on your garden to suit best.

Delivery Information
Little Rascals use two methods of delivery, either on one of their own dedicated vehicles or via a national pallet network. You will be notified by email at the point of dispatch which method is chosen, this will be decided based upon your postcode.
If delivery is by one of their dedicated vehicles you will receive an email notifying you of the day of delivery, followed by a SMS message on the morning of delivery with an hours delivery slot.
If your delivery is via the national pallet network you will receive a call directly from them to arrange the day of delivery.
Delivery is free to UK mainland with one or two exceptions for certain postcodes, surcharges will apply to the following postcodes:
AB and IV – £25
IM – £65
PA – £25
PO30 – £20
We are able to deliver to Northern Ireland, Jersey and Guernsey the surcharge is £125. Please note we are unable to deliver to Scottish Offshore Islands.
Manufacturing Process
Every Little Rascals playhouse is individually manufactured, painted and wrapped for protection prior to delivery.
Once your order is placed, an email will be sent to you advising that your order has been passed over to the production department where you playhouse will be manufactured by our skilled craftsmen.
After it has been manufactured, it is sent to the painting department to start the paint process. At this point you will receive another email, keeping you updated along the way.
The painting of your playhouse is a 3 stage process. Firstly, the wood is given a light sand down before a water based, white wood primer is applied. Once this is dry, two coats of your chosen colour are applied using a water based, opaque paint.
Opaque paint will give a solid colour finish to completely enhance your playhouse.
Once the paint department is satisfied that the finish of up to the quality expected of Little Rascals Playhouses, it is snit over for packing and dispatch, at this point you will receive another email notification of this, keeping you updated all along the way of the different processes.
Each panel and part is individually protected with the relevant packaging materials to ensure that the playhouse arrives to you in the condition that it leaves our production and dispatch warehouse.
Sometimes it is inevitable that some of the paint work may get bumped or scratched either during transit or most likely as it is being assembled. For this reason a free pot of touch up paint is supplied with every playhouse dispatched.
Professional Installation Available

Once your delivery has been arranged, our team of fitters will be in contact with you to arrange a time and date convenient to yourselves. They would aim to get this done as quickly as possible after delivery.
They will turn up with all the necessary tools required to assemble your playhouse.
It is important that before they arrive, the ground is prepared and ready for installation.
It is recommend that with all playhouses that they are installed on a flat and level surface such as slabbed paving or concrete that is flat and level.

Little Rascals Playhouses is a division of JMP Stores Ltd. A family business established in 2013 becoming one of the leading UK stockists and retailers of garden trampolines. It has developed its own unique and successful brand of Trampolines know as ‘Telstar’, calling on over 40 years of expertise in the trampoline industry.
Using their extensive experience of serving the retail customer direct from source to the garden, a niche opportunity was identified to produce high quality Wooden Playhouses, using the same ethos of direct from source to the consumer.
JMP Stores spent 2 years researching and developing a range of wooden playhouses to suit every child’ s dream and parents garden. Over this period an Essex based production facility was established.
One of the Unique selling points of this production is all orders are manufactured to order, the final process before the quality control being 3 coats of paint are added to the customers colour of choice.
JMP Stores Ltd operate their own fleet of vehicles and, where possible, they try and deliver most orders directly. When this is not possible national carriers are used that have been selected to ensure the product arrives in the same condition it left the production facility.

Extra Shutter Panel
As all Little Rascals Playhouses are modular, you can choose to add a shutter panel to one of the sides should you wish.
Extra Window Panel
This playhouse comes with one side panel with a window inserted.
The playhouse is designed so that the panels are modular so you can choose which side you wish to position the window depending on your garden layout.
You may however wish to have a window on both side panels, by selecting this as an optional extra will allow you to do so and let even more light to flood in.

Name Plaque In Grey or White
Customise your child’s playhouse with their own named plaque.
40cm Wide by 15cm high, hung above the doorway this plaque really will stand out and give your child the sense of owning their own little retreat.
Once you have selected this option and added the playhouse to the shopping kart, you will be able to add your bespoke name, up to 10 characters per line, 2 lines max.
We will then engrave this in our workshop and deliver with your playhouse.
All attachments required are included.
Timber Base
There are lots of different surfaces to you in your garden where you may wish to position for your playhouse.
It will need to be on a solid base and level. If you are not intending on putting it onto a concrete or slabbed base we would recommend purchasing one of our wooden bases that the playhouse can be screwed onto. The screws will be provided with the base.
This wooden base also comes complete with wooden spikes to drive into the ground to enable you to set the base level.

Order Cancellation
You have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days from the day after the receipt of the goods. You have no right to cancel, at any time, should the order include a personalised requirement ie. optional fixtures, adaptations or preferences. Where goods are delivered to a third party (eg a gift) you will only be able to exercise this right if you are able to return to us the goods you ordered. If you wish to cancel your contract prior to your order being despatched or if your order has already been despatched, please follow the procedure set out in our Returns and Refunds sections.
You must confirm your wish to cancel the order in writing via email or telephone within 7 calendar days. The order will not be considered cancelled until notification in writing is received.
If you decide to cancel the order after the Goods have been dispatched and commenced their carriage (by whatever method), we may charge you for carriage of the goods. Buyers are advised to check the status of the order before requesting cancellation. Any charges will be communicated to you before we confirm cancellation.
If you have received the goods and then decide to cancel you must return the goods to us at your own cost and risk in all original packaging in an unused state.
Please note that orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays or on public holidays and orders placed after 1.00pm on normal working days will not be processed until the next working day.
Installations (Optional Chargeable Upgrade)
Our installation service rates are applicable to Mainland England, Wales & Southern Scotland including Glasgow and Edinburgh, but not above.
We can install in the following Scottish postcodes: PA, KY, DD, PH, AB, IV and KW, but please note that a installation surcharge will apply, please call us for a quote.
We can install in the following Devon and Cornwall postcodes: TR, PL, TQ but please note that a installation surcharge will apply, please call us for a quote.
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer installations to Northern Ireland, the Republic of Ireland, the Channel Islands or any other offshore island not stated (such as the Isle of Man and Isle of Wight) , due to carrier restrictions.
Products ordered with an installation service will first be delivered to your delivery address within the estimated timeframe stated above. Once delivery has been confirmed, the installation team shall then arrange to attend to your property in order to install the structure for you.
Note that this will lead to the product needing to be temporarily stored at your property after it has been delivered and checked over until the date the installation occurs. We recommend the product to be stored in a safe and dry place such as in a garage, shed, or similar during this interlude period.
