As standard, each KDC+™ IBC Storage Container + comes complete with a singular t-lock that can be used in conjunction with the user’ own padlock or combination lock allowing multiple personnel to access the secure IBC storage container without compromise.

The above safety features do not affect the extreme portability our stores offer – every unit is delivered flat-packed and fitted with integrated forklift pockets for easy positioning prior to (or after) the assembly.

The beauty of our KDC (Knock Down Construction) solution is that the storage container can be assembled and disassembled as often as required. Thanks to the integrated forklift pockets, easy-carry handles and lifting eyes, it’s also incredibly easy to lift and transport around your premises with a crane, a regular forklift, or even on foot (self-weight only).

As standard, all KDC+ stores are delivered flat-packed and can be positioned in your desired location free of charge using our on-board forklift truck (please select the appropriate offload option when ordering to take advantage). The assembled store can still be easily lifted and manouvered, thanks to built-in forklift pockets and lifting eyes, making it a truly portable storage solution.

The container will arrive flat packed and will be offloaded by the drivers forklift.

SHED BASE REQUIREMENTS

The container will need to sit on a flat and strong surface.

Professional Installations are available. Prices shown are for installation of the unit upon an existing base. We recommend that all Solmha storage conatiner units are situated on a firm, flat, level base. Ideally this should be 50mm concrete  or on flagstones.

No electrical work will be carried out by our installers. If you require an electrical supply or mounting plate you will need to contact a professional electrician.

DO measure out the dimensions of your store in advance to find an optimal position for it.

DO choose level and firm ground that’s easily accessible for the delivery truck.

DO use a compacted hardcore, slabbed or concrete base to raise it off the ground. These units are not designed to be built on grass lawns, soil, tarmac or anyt other surfaces.

DO position your KDC Store away from large trees to avoid leaves blocking the gutters.

DO think about which way the doors are going to face and if there is adequate space when they’re opened.
