The Mercia 8’x9′ Timber Pent Log Cabin – 19mm is a compact garden room that won’t take up too much of the garden.
Featuring a large opening window and half glazed double doors, the interior is bright, airy and welcoming. With space for comfy chairs, a coffee table and shelving, this cabin is ideal as a reading or hobby room, or as a home office. The stylish and contemporary pent roof design not only looks great, but will also ensure rainwater drains off the back of the building, to avoid the build-up of water.
This log cabin is made using only substantially sourced timber, here in the UK by our highly skilled team. The building is constructed using high quality, 19mm Baltic pine log boards, for a robust and durable finish. The boards interlock each other to form weatherproof and heat retaining panels – allowing you to use the building all year-round! The roof and floor are constructed using hard-wearing tongue and groove boards that lock together to form a heavy-duty build. High quality mineral felt is supplied as standard, to protect your building from the elements and increase its longevity.
We supply antique style handles and hinges as well as lock and key for the door, to keep your building secure when not in use. The glazing on this cabin is made using high strength SAN styrene, a safe and shatterproof alternative to glass. The cabin is supplied un-treated and will require a coat of high quality timber treatment once installed. The log cabin will be delivered as individual tongue and groove timber lengths and should be constructed on a firm and level base.

Shed Base Options for Mercia Timber Sheds
All Merica Timber Sheds are advised to be Installed upon a hard standing surface base area such as concrete or slabbed paving. The base must be flat and level.
A damp proof membrane (plastic sheet material) should be placed prior to installing your shed/base to limit condensation.

All our products are supplied and delivered pre-packed for self assembly. We do offer a Professional Installation service details can be found below. An additional charge is shown should you require this service.
Our installation service rates are applicable to Mainland England, Wales & Southern Scotland including Glasgow and Edinburgh, but not above.
We can install in the following Scottish postcodes: PA, KY, DD, PH, AB, IV and KW, but please note that a installation surcharge will apply, please call us for a quote.

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer installations to Northern Ireland, the Republic of Ireland, the Channel Islands or any other offshore island not stated (such as the Isle of Man and Isle of Wight) , due to carrier restrictions.
Products ordered with an installation service will first be delivered to your delivery address within the estimated timeframe stated above. Once delivery has been confirmed, the installation team shall then arrange to attend to your property in order to install the structure for you.
The current lead time for installation, following successful delivery is within 15 – 20 working days.
Note that this will lead to the product needing to be temporarily stored at your property after it has been delivered and checked over until the date the installation occurs. We recommend the product to be stored in a safe and dry place such as in a garage, shed, or similar during this interlude period.
